Hi I'm Katie! I am a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. I have had a varied career so far. I have studied BSc Sport & Exercise and MBChB Medicine. I have worked in the NHS as a GP for many years. I have recently had a career change so I can combine both my love of both sport and knowledge of how the body works into my everyday work.

I am an enthusiastic runner. I have competed in many disciplines from 800m on the track to marathon distance on the road. I used to run very competitively and I have won medals at a national level. Now I am much more of a social runner although I still race on the road and over cross country. 

​I love learning. I am always looking how I can gain new skills. I am currently studying for my Level 5 Remedial and Sports Massage diploma.

I am based in Magor and offer mobile sports massage therapy to all (not just athletes!). I cover Newport, Chepstow, Cwmbran, Caldicot and surrounding areas. If you would like more information please get in touch!
